So last week I made more corn muffins. They turned out okay, but I did not add one ingredient and I should have. The muffins were not burnt, but they did not have the flavor that the other ones had. I will be trying it again and this time I will follow the instructions to the letter. No more trying things for me. Oh well.
I won't be around next week. I am going to be at the NIH or the National Institute of Health for a week. I will be back the following week. Till then, later.
